We want you to be happy with your purchase, and love your items. Since our inventory changes weekly, please open your package, inspect, and try on your order as soon as you receive it. Returns are for Store Credit or Exchange only. We do not offer refunds. All returns will assess a 10% restocking fee. All sales are final on Jewelry & accessories. Please know that because our inventory is fluid, and ever changing we may or may not have the same items in stock.
Items returned must be in new, unworn, unwashed, tags attached condition. Items with obvious use, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subject to refusal.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing the return policies. All Sale, Clearance, markdown, mystery bag, deal of day etc items are FINAL SALE. If you ship back an item that is ineligible for return the items will not be shipped back. You will forfeit the items.
